摘要
以β-环糊精(β-CD)、马来酸酐(MA)、对苯乙烯磺酸钠(SS)为单体,以过硫酸盐为引发剂,通过溶液聚合方法合成了共聚物阻垢剂(β-CD-MA-SS)。在静态试验条件下评价了其对碳酸钙垢的阻垢性能,考察了共聚物投加量、Ca2+浓度、HCO-3浓度、pH值、反应温度和时间对阻垢率的影响。结果表明:β-CD-MA-SS共聚物具有很好的阻碳酸钙垢性能,共聚物投加量为40mg/L时,阻垢率达到95.04%,适合低硬度、低碱度循环冷却水。
The β-CD-MA-SS terpolymer was prepared from β-CD (β-cyclodextrins), MA( maleic anhydride) and SS (styrene sulfonic sodium) by the free--radical polymerization in aqueous solution, using persulfate as initiator. The static experiment method was used to evaluate the performance of the scale inhibition to CaCO3. The effect of inhibition with a- mount of terpolymer, the mass concentration of Ca2+ and HCO3 , the pH value, the reaction temperature and time were all studied in detail. The experimental results show that the β-CD-MA-SS terpolymer has a better efficiency of the scale inhi- bition to CaCO3. When the concentration of terpolymer is 40 mg/L,the efficiency of scale inhibition is 95.04%. And the terpolymer could be used in the system of low hardness and alkalinity circulating water.
