摘要 基于Abaqus软件建立子午线轮胎三维有限元模型,分析标准充气压力、不同负荷条件下轮胎静态加载时帘线受力的基本特征。结果表明:负荷对轮胎接地区域内帘线受力影响显著,其中带束层和胎体帘线以接地区边缘为帘线受力变化的分界点;负荷对胎圈部位的胎体帘线受力影响不大。 Based on 3D finite element analysis,a model for radial tire was established by using Abaqus software,the fundamental characteristics of cord stress for static load tire under standard inflation pressure and different load conditions were studied.The results showed that,the load had significant influence on the cord stress in tire ground contact area,which was the turning point of the cord stress of the belt and carcass cords,and the load had little effect on the cord stress of tire bead.
