摘要
目的:评价手法复位加小夹板固定配合接活跌打膏外敷治疗桡骨远端骨折的疗效。方法:对120例桡骨远端骨折患者随机分为两组,每组60例,分为治疗组(手法复位加小夹板固定配合接活跌打膏外敷治疗)、对照组(手法复位加小夹板固定治疗)进行治疗,根据改良Mcbride评分和纽约骨科医院腕关节评估标准进行综合评价。结果:治疗后12周随访,治疗组疗效优良率为96.67%,对照组优良率83.33%,治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:综合治疗法治疗桡骨远端骨折,能明显促进骨折愈合,减轻患者疼痛及肿胀,临床疗效较好。
Objective To observe the clinical effective of Jiehuodieda ointment in the treatment of distal radius fractures combined with manipulative reduction and splint fixation. Methods 120 patients with distal radius fractures were treated with manipulative reduction combined with splint fixation and external Jiehuodieda ointment, and the clinical effective were valuated accorded to the modined Mcbride and NewYork Orthopaedic Hospital wrist function evaluation grading. Conclusions Jiehuodieda ointment combined with ma- nipulative reduction and splint fixation for distal radius fractures has the advantages of favorable efficacy, can promoted fracture heal- ing, reduce the pain and swelling of patients.
