摘要
KONIAMBO镍矿项目(KNS)项目建设,位于南太平洋法属地新喀里多尼亚岛,由国际知名公司Hatch和Technip共同承担设计和施工工作,其施工规范和标准要求遵守欧盟的法律法规,与我国现行的规范与标准相比存在较大的差异,项目执行过程中业主、供货方、承包商、项目管理承包商来自世界各地,具有不同的文化背景,施工习惯大不相同。论文主要简述KNS项目电气施工技术特点,希望能够给将要参与欧盟区域国际工程的同行带来借鉴。
KONIAMBO Nickel Project （KNS）, located in the New Caledonia Island of South Pacific French territory, shared design and construction works by the internationally renowned firm Hatch and Technip. Its construction norms and standards were required to comply with EU laws and regulations, which are much different from the existing norms and standards compared with domestic China, during the execution of the project, the owner, suppliers, contractors, and project management contractor are from all around the world of different places, with different cultural backgrounds, and different habits of construction. In this paper, the technical characteristics of electrical construction in KNS project are briefly introduced, hoping it will be useful references for those counterparts who are going to participate in the international projects in EU region.
