摘要
为了解决不压井作业过程中下管柱时的油管内密封问题,研制了一种新型井下多功能密封器。该密封器设计有密封段和密封塞,下管柱时接于管柱下端并密封油管中心通道,实现不压井作业。下完管柱后,通过地面加液压力,使油套连通并投产。试验证明:该井下多功能密封器满足注采管柱以及各种增产措施管柱在下管柱作业时油管内密封要求,同时在管柱主通道形成一个定位坐落密封段,为再次作业时投入油管内堵塞密封工具,实现带压起管柱打好基础。现场应用200余井次,成功率100%,解决了多年以来困扰不压井作业技术推广存在的瓶颈问题,取得了很好的经济效益和社会效益。
When running string it is connected to the lower end of the sealing tubing string center channel to achieve snubbing.After the column is finished,ground pressure annulus connectivity and produc-tion.Tests have proved that the multifunction sealers can meet downhole injection tubing string and a variety of measures to increase production sealing requirements when running string.While the main channel column will form a seal segment positioning situated for operation again into the tubing plug sealing tools to achieve the running under pressure.After more than 200 wells field applications,the effective success rate is 100%.This instrument has solved the problems of snub-bing promotion bottleneck problem for many years,and achieved good economic and positive so-cial benefits.
