摘要
利用透射电子显微镜、定量金相等手段研究了钢包喷吹CaSi粉对GCr15轴承钢碳化物形态的影响。结果表明 ,碳化物分布均匀性提高 ,碳化物网状级别及碳化物带状级别降低 。
The effect of injecting CaSi powder in ladle on carbide of bearing steel GCr15 was studied using transmission electron microscope and quantitative metallography in this paper The experimental results show that the uniformity of spherical carbide can be increased,the grade of network carbide and banded carbide can be decreased,the austenite grain can be refined
