摘要
针对SAR信号侦察中大带宽带来的高采样率和大数据量问题,将压缩感知理论应用到SAR最常用的线性调频信号频率估计中。根据LFM信号参数可稀疏特性构建了过完备冗余字典,在压缩域利用正交匹配追踪算法进行频率估计。在获得信号频率参数高精度估计的同时,大大减少了采样率以及数据量。仿真实验证明了该方法用于宽带SAR信号侦察的可行性和有效性,特别在多信源、低采样数以及低信噪比情况下仍具有较高的估计精度。
For the problem in reconnaissance of SAR signals that the large bandwidth always brings high sampling rate and large amount of data,this paper applied compressed sensing theory to the frequency estimation of LFM signals which most common in SAR.The method firstly built a over-complete redundant dictionary which based on the sparse feature of LFM signal paramaters and then estimated the frequency in the compressed domain by OMP algorithm.The simulation shows that the sampling rate and the mount of data has greatly been cut down under a high success rate of estimation and the experiment results verifies the feasibility and effectiveness in the reconnaissance of wideband SAR signals,especially in the case of multi-resource,less sample and lower SNR.
