摘要
采用紫外分光光度计法测量及小鼠动物试验 ,观察小鼠口服含转移因子 (TransferFactor,TF)的酸奶后其中性粒细胞吞噬率、巨噬细胞吞噬率、脾脏重等指标的变化等方法 ,研究了 2种加工工艺的免疫调节型保健酸奶对小鼠免疫功能的影响。结果表明 :与对照组相比 ,试验组小鼠中性粒细胞吞噬率、巨噬细胞吞噬率明显增强 (P <0 .0 1) ,2种添加TF工艺的酸奶对小鼠的免疫功能有显著增强作用 ,添加TF的酸奶可能是一种很有开发和食用价值的保健食品。
The phagoindex of neutrophils marcrophages and the spleen weight of mice fed with yoghurt containing transfer factor(TF) and processing by two way were detected .The results show that the phagoindex of neutrophils and marcrophages of mice in test groups are significant high than those of control group ( P <0.05) , and meanwhile the spleen weights of mice in test group seems no different ( P <0.05). The experiment proved that two processing methods can be used and yogurt containing TF has a high potential immune function.
