摘要
对现有铸造铝合金车轮的单机生产改造为PLC控制下的机器人生产,系统地论述了实现方法,确定了PLC及输入/输出接口及相关电气回路,降低了生产单位的制造成本,提高了经济效益。
Based on PLC and use robot to cast aluminum alloy wheel that change the mode a worker operate the casting manipulator, this paper introduces the method that has been implemented, and according to PLC and the I/O ports, to design the circuit diagram. The implication can reduce cost of production and increase benefit of economy.
