摘要
目的评价某全面通风除尘设备除尘效果,为推进机械行业职业病危害防护设备革新提供科学依据。方法在通风除尘设备关闭和开启两种条件下对电焊区粉尘浓度进行检测,并对两组粉尘浓度进行分析评价。结果通风除尘设备开启后粉尘浓度出现降低,粉尘超标率从75.0%下降到12.5%,平均粉尘浓度从4.9 mg/m3降到2.0 mg/m3,降低了59.2%。结论该全面通风除尘设备除尘效果良好,粉尘浓度得到了有效控制,具有在全市同类机械行业推广价值。
Objective To evaluate the effect of a general ventilation and dust control equipment,and provide scientific evi- dence for promoting innovation of protective equipments for occupational hazards. Methods Dust density monitoring was carried on before and after opening the equipments, as the same time the data were analyzed and evaluated. Results Dust density decreased after opening the equipments, for the fact that the unqualified rate of dust decreased from 75.0 percent to 12. 5 percent and the average concentrations of dust in the air decreased by 59. 2% ( from 4. 9 mg/m^3 to 2.0 mg/m^3 ). Conclusion It is worth to popularize the system of general ventilation and dust control in Changsha machinery industry, which effectively controlled the dust density and achieved good results.
