摘要
总结了中国石化海南炼油化工有限公司1.2 Mt/a连续重整装置第二周期运行中出现的还原段催化剂跑损、氧氯化段温度异常、还原区床层温度频繁波动(最低175℃,最高460℃)、反再系统卸粉尘量减少(仅有0.5kg/d)、重整氢循环机及增压机轴振动值连续偏高等问题。分析了原因,提出了应对措施:对再生器约翰逊内网过渡区破损点进行补焊;对第四反应器中心管底部约翰逊网裂缝增加加强圈;对重整催化剂过筛和分级并补加新剂;循环机入口过滤器改造等,解决了因催化剂粉尘累积所引起的生产问题。
Here summarized are a series of problems in the second operation cycle of a 1.2 MM TPY continuous catalytic reforming unit of SINOPEC Hainan Refining and Chemical Co.,Ltd,such as the catalyst runoff in the reduction section of regenerator and abnormal temperature in oxy-chlorination reaction,the frequent fluctuation in bed temperature of reduction zone (the lowest is 175 ℃,the highest is 460 ℃),the reduced amount of catalyst fines (only 0.5 kg/d),the higher continuous shaft vibration of hydrogen circulation compressor and pressure lifting compressor,etc.The causes of these problems were analyzed and countermeasures were presented such as repair welding for the damaged transition zone of regenerator Johnson screen,installation of stiffening rings at the bottom of Johnson screen cracks in the fourth reactor center pipe,screening and grading of catalysts and addition of fresh catalyst and revamping of the inlet filter of circulation compressor,etc.The problems caused by the catalyst fines accumulation are solved.
