摘要
在大系统优化和全局整体最优的指导思想下,将线性规划、夹点分析、热量集成等过程系统工程方法集成应用于炼油厂规划设计中,极大地提高了炼油厂在总加工流程的优化选择、资源利用率、节能和减排方面的整体设计水平,其中基于线性规划的PIMS(Process Industry Modeling System,过程工业模型系统)技术,综合了工艺条件、投资成本、产品结构等因素,提高了总加工流程优化选择的准确性;运用氢夹点技术设计的氢气网络,减少了制氢装置的规模,可节约氢气需求量8%~20%;热夹点和水夹点技术在全厂换热网络和水网络设计中应用普遍,其中装置间热联合节能42~84 MJ/t,水重复利用率在97%以上,单位新鲜水用量减少至0.5 t/t,降低了全厂能耗和水耗,使节能减排指标达到国际先进水平.过程系统工程方法在炼油厂规划中的实际应用,提高了炼油厂资源和能量利用率,并有助于实现清洁生产和完成节能减排目标.
Under the guidelines of large system optimization and integration,the advanced theories and scientific methods of process systems engineering (PSE) such as linear programming,pinch technology and heat integration have been successfully applied in the planning design of petroleum refineries,which has greatly improved the overall refinery design level,especially in the selection of refinery configuration,effective improvement of resource utilization,saving of energy and reduction of discharges and emissions.PIMS technique developed based upon linear programming takes into account the process conditions,capital investment and costs,product slates to make the optimal refinery configuration more accurate.A hydrogen network is designed with hydrogen-pinch technology,which provides the benefits of small fresh hydrogen generation unit,and hydrogen demand is reduced by 8% ~20%.The application of heat-pinch technology in thermal-network design and water-pinch technology in water-network design has reduced the consumptions of energy by 42 ~ 84 MJ/t.The water reutilization rate is over 97%,and fresh water requirement is lowered to 0.5 t/t.All theses have reduced the energy and water consumptions of the refinery,and energy saving and emission reduction have reached the advanced level in the world.The application of PSE methods in modem refinery's planning and design has improved the utilization of refinery resources and energy,and provided a good way for clean production,energy saving and emission reduction.
