摘要
探讨了科技期刊审稿过程中值得注意的3个问题：初审、审稿方式的选择及审稿人队伍建设，并提出了相应的建议和措施。
This article discusses several problems that we should pay attention to in the process of examining and approving manuscripts o f technical journals: first examining and approving, the selection of ways of ex amining and approving, and the construction of examining and approving staff, an d it also put forward corresponding measures and proposals.
