摘要
根据驱动系统输出转矩之和维持不变的条件 ,导出了以主要影响因素即输送带的弹性伸长率、传动滚筒直径偏差的相对值以及电动机外特性表示的电机功率不平衡度公式·分析了电动机功率不平衡的原因和主要影响因素对功率平衡的影响规律·分析结果表明 :为了使电机功率分配相对均衡 ,在多滚筒传动的场合 ,输送带最好采用钢丝芯胶带 ;第 1滚筒的直径可以略大于第 2滚筒的直径·
Under conditions of invariable output torque, the formula of power unbalance degree was deduced. The formula is specified by the primary factors such as the belt elastic extension and the deviation relative magnitude of the pulley's diameters and the mechanical characteristics of the motor. The reasons of the power unbalance and the rules of the primary factors influencing on the power balance between motors were analyzed. In the situation of multi pulley drive, the steel cord belt is better and the first pulley's diameter should be greater than the second pulley's lightly.
