摘要
运用系统论方法透视生产力系统,对下岗的性质作了辩证的哲学分析:下岗既是消极的,也是正常的,甚至还是积极的。
With systematological approach, this paper look s into productive forces and conducts a dialectical philosophical analysis on th e nature of laying-off. It is concluded that laying-off may be both passive and normal, and even active.
