摘要
以Czochralski法生长Zn( 6mol% ) :LiNbO3,Li/Nb =0 .94 ,0 .97,1,1.0 2。测试晶体的光损伤阈值。采用质子交换法制作高掺锌富锂铌酸锂晶体光波导 。
Zn (6mol%): LiNbO 3 crystals was grown by Czochralski method using different Li/Nb ratio as follows: 0.94, 0.97, 1 and 1.02. The photodamage threshold values of the crystals were measured. By proton exchange method, optical waveguides of Li rich LiNbO 3 crystals doped with high concentration Zn were made and their photodamage resistance abilities were studied.
