摘要 设计了一种新型瓦斯气体无线监测系统;基于ARM微处理器进行单光源双滤光片交替斩波控制和光电传感采样,基于GSM无线数据传输模块和RS485接口总线技术实现监测数据的远程无线传输以及与上位机的高速连接;软件设计中选用了EOS uC/OS-II操作系统并基于Keil C编程实现了监测程序;实验表明,系统的平均监测精度均在95%以上,无线数据传输平均响应时间小于3s,能够很好地满足瓦斯气体的高精度快速远程监控需求。 A novel gas monitoring system is designed in this paper. Based on ARM microprocessor, the single light double filter alterna ting chopping control and photoelectric sensor sampling are made, and based on the GSM wireless data transmission module and RS485 inter- face bus technology, the remote wireless monitoring data transmission and the high speed connection with PC are realized. In the software design, the EOS operating system uC/OS II is selected as the operation system, and the Keil C is used to program and implement the moni- toring program. Experiments show that the average monitoring accuracy is above 95 %, average response time of wireless data transmission is less than 3 s. The system can well meet the demand of high precision and fast remote monitoring of methane gas.
