摘要
铝合金A5052和奥氏体不锈钢SUS304通过电阻点焊形成的接头,其界面反应层由靠近铝合金侧的Fe_2Al_5,FeAl_3的混合层及靠近不锈钢侧的FeAl_2层所构成。同时,在高倍电子显微镜下可以观察到位于接头界面附近铝合金中的反应块。通过对高分辨电子显微图像(HRTEM)和电子衍射斑点(SADP)的分析,得知这些反应块是一种组织为AlFeCr的六方结构晶体,其晶格常数a=2.451 nm,c=0.758 nm。
A5052 aluminum alloy and austenitic stainless steel SUS304 was joined by resistance spot welding,the interface reaction layer is consisted of the mixed layer close to the aluminum alloy side of the Fe_2Al_5,FeAl_3 and FeAl_2 layer close to the stainless steel side.At the same time,the reaction block near the joint interface in aluminum alloy can be observed in the high-power electron microscope.Based on the high resolution electron microscope image(HRTEM) and electron diffraction(SADP) analysis,the reaction block is a kind of organization of AlFeCr six crystal structure,its lattice constant is a =2.451 nm and c =0.758 nm.
