摘要
目的:探究光动力疗法(photodynamic therapy,PDT)与EDTA联合应用进行根管消毒的效果。方法:选取75颗人单根管离体前磨牙建立感染根管模型,随机均分为5组,A组:PDT处理组;B组:EDTA处理组;C组:PDT联合EDTA处理组;D组:NaClO阳性对照组;E组:生理盐水阴性对照组。各组处理前、处理后分别用纸尖在根管内取样,进行平板菌落计数。回复实验中在根管内注满无菌液体培养基,培养7d后用纸尖取样,统计检出细菌的根管个数。结果:PDT联合EDTA组杀菌率达100%,明显高于其余4组(P<0.05)。回复实验中PDT联合EDTA组检出细菌根管数为4个,明显少于其余4组(P<0.05)。结论:PDT联合EDTA可有效进行根管消毒,有望为临床提高根管消毒效率提供一条新途径。
Objective: To investigate the disinfection effectiveness of photodynamic therapy combined with EDTA on enterococcus faecalis biofilms within infected root canals in vitro. Methods.. Seventy--five single--root premolar teeth infected with E. faecalis biofilms were divided into 5 groups. Group D served as the positive control group with teeth treated with 5.25~NaCIO. Group E served as the negative control group treated with 0.90/00 normal saline (NS). Group A to C included teeth treated by PDT only, 17 % EDTA only, and PDT combined with EDTA(The parameters of PDT are same as Group A) . The disinfection of the E. faecalis biofilm was evaluated by colony-- forming unit(CFU) counting. After experimental treatment, each root canal was refilled with BHI for 7 days to ob- serve the growth of bacteria. Results: The sterilizing rate of PDT combined with EDTA could achieve 100~, which had a significant decrease in the number of CFUs compared with the other four groups (P〈(0.05). The reply exper- iment showed that the number of infection root canals was only 4, which was significantly less than the other 4 groups(P(0.05). Conclusion: PDT combined with EDTA can be effective in root caneal disinfection, which can provide an alternative method to have a thorough root canal disinfection in clinical.
