摘要
在采用"对渗法"制备不同成分配比Mg-xSr-yY合金的基础上,用光学金相显微镜、扫描电镜、能谱仪和XRD等研究了固溶时效处理对不同成分配比Mg-xSr-yY合金组织形态及其第二相的影响。结果表明:经固溶时效处理后,同一成分的Mg-xSr-yY合金晶粒变小,第二相弥散分布,组织均匀;不同成分的Mg-xSr-yY合金在Y含量一定时,随Sr含量的不断增加,晶粒先变小再变大,Sr含量一定时,随Y含量的增加,晶粒变小,组织细化。
Effects of solution and aging treatment on microstructure and second-phase of Mg-xSr-yY alloy which was prepared by direct mixing method were researched by OM, SEM and EDS. The results show that: after solution and aging treatment, for the same composition MgxSr-yY alloy, the grain size decreases, the second phase is dispersively distributed and the microstructure is distributed evenly; for different component Mg-xSr-yY alloys, while Y content is certain, the grain size first becomes smaller and then becomes larger with Sr content increasing. Besides, when Sr content is certain, the grain size decreases and the microstructure becomes finer with Y content increasing.
