摘要
本文对安徽档案管理模式改革和相关学术争论进行梳理后指出,10年以来,学术界的争议之声为改革提供了许多重要启示;在我国自上而下的三次改革之后,自下而上的"徽式探索"为国家档案管理模式改革闯出了一条新路子;在信息公平利用和档案信息化的必然趋势中,电子文件中心正在引领着"徽式探索"进入e时代。
After organizing and analyzing the reform of archive management mode in Anhui along with all the concerned academic arguments, this paper points out that academic debates in these 10 years have brought many important enlightenments for the reform;After the 3 top-down reforms in China, the down-top ＂Anhui Style Exploration＂ have broken away to follow a new path for the national archive management mode;In the inevitable trend in the fair use of information and archives informatization, electronic file cen- ter is leading the ＂Anhui Style Exploration＂ into an electronic age.
