摘要
基于巷道围岩的物理、力学性质的实验室测试以及现场围岩变形的监测结果,探讨了软破围岩条件下巷道变形破坏机理和特征。通过室内试验和井下巷道试验研究了围岩的膨胀变形规律、钢纤维混凝土和高强度锚杆的力学特性。以围压恢复加固理论为指导,采用物理模拟和数值分析对支护参数进行优化,提出了带有顶、底拱的全封闭强化支护的主动和被动联合支护控制技术。工业试验结果表明,软破围岩条件下的巷道工程采用该类联合支护技术能够有效地控制巷道地压,提高了巷道抗变形能力,延长了安全稳定期。
Based on the laboratory test of the physical and mechanical characteristics and measured result of the de- formation of the surrounding rock around roadway in Yechangping Mine, the deformation and destruction mechanism of the surrounding rock in soft rock roadway were discussed. The laboratory test, underground roadway test and theoretical analysis were adopted to characterize the swelling deformation and release rules, the mechanical characteristics of steel fiber reinforced concrete and high strength bolt. With the guidance of confining pressure restored reinforcement theory, the technic scheme of the active and passive combined support were put forward. The support parameters of new scheme were optimized by physical modeling and numerical modeling. The industrial test results show that the support technology can effectively control the ground pressure and the surround rock deformation in soft rock roadways, which ensures the safety and stability of roadways.
