摘要
运用DSR(驱动力—状态—响应)模型,针对区域社会、经济和生态环境问题构建山东省区域环境管理水平测度指标体系,并分析山东省区域环境管理水平的空间格局特征,结论如下:(1)胶济铁路沿线传统的工业和重工业城市以及以威海、日照为代表的沿海城市区域环境管理水平较高,鲁南地区的区域环境管理水平有待提高.(2)胶济铁路沿线城市以及枣庄市均呈现出明显的不可持续的发展模式,这主要是由于长期的工业化、重工业化以及快速城市化造成了严重的生态环境破坏.(3)鲁南等区域环境管理水平亟待提高的区域,应当根据自身的自然环境基础、社会经济和生态环境协调发展的要求,及时改变经济增长方式,加快产业转型,加强与其他地区的交流合作.
DSR model was applied to build an indicator system of regional environmental management and analyze spatial pattern of regional environmental management level in Shandong province. Conclusions are as follows:( 1) the traditional industrial and heavy industrial cities along with the Jiaoji railway and the coastal urban cities like Weihai and Rizhao cities are in higher level of environmental management and by contrast the level of regional environmental management in Lunan area needs to be improved.( 2) the cities along with the Jiaoji railway and Zaozhuang city have shown obvious unsustainable development model mainly because long-term industrialization, heavy industrialization and rapid urbanization have caused serious ecological damage.( 3) the areas like Lunan area where the level of regional environmental management needs to be improved,should change the economic growth mode and accelerate the industrial transformation,based on the requirement of harmonious development among the natural environment,socio-economic and ecological environmental,especially strengthen exchanges and cooperation with other regions.
