摘要
结合下游河道调蓄及地下水库实现水库可控动态泄流调度法等不同方法计算汛限水位可以调整的幅度,并采用随机模拟法和漫坝风险分析法对汛限水位抬高进行了风险分析。
Calculating the range of the limited water level can be adjusted by different methods with regulation and storage of downstream fiver channel reservoir and controlled dynamic discharge scheduling method of underground reservoir, and uses the stochastic simulation method and circumstances risk analysis method to analysis the risk of raise the level.
