摘要
在非离子表面活性剂PEG6000存在的情况下,利用微波-稀H2SO4溶液对花生壳粉进行预处理,考察稀H2SO4溶液质量分数、微波功率、加热时间和PEG6000添加量对预处理的影响.结果表明,最佳预处理工艺为:稀H2SO4溶液质量分数为4%,微波功率为640 W,加热时间为45min,PEG6000添加量为8%.在此条件下,还原糖含量为23.67 mg/mL.
We pretreated peanut shell powder with microwave-dilute n2so4 solution in the presence a nonionic surfactant PEG6000, and studied the effects of dilute H2SO4 solution concentration, microwave power, microwave heating time, and PEG6000 amount on the pretreatment. The results showed that the optimum pretreatment conditions were as follows: the dilute H2SO4 solution mass fraction 4%, microwave power 640 W, heating time 45 minutes, and PEG6000 amount 8%. Under the optimum conditions, the reducing sugar content reached 23.67 mg/mL.
