摘要
编制完善的应急预案是避免环境污染事件发生的有效途径。水处理突发事件作为环境污染事件的一类,其应急能力一般由部门联动、宣传演练、物资储备和应急技术四个方面来进行评估。生物药剂的使用作为一种水处理应急技术,案例证明在突发性水处理事件,特别是一般水处理突发事件的后期处理中能发挥一定的作用,可增强企业水处理系统对污染物的抗冲击能力,帮助快速恢复受损的水处理生化系统。生物药剂可以作为应急物质编入水处理应急预案,在化工企业中做适当推广。
Preparing comprehensive contingency plan is an effective way to avoid environmental pollution incidents. Water emergencies as a class of environmental pollution incidents, contingency response capability is generally composed of four aspects to he evaluated, as departmental interaction, propaganda exercises, material ieserves and contingency techniques. Use of biological agents as an contingency treatment technique demonstrated in the case of sudden water events, in particular the general post - processing treatment emergencies can play a role: enhance water treatment system for pollutant impact resistance; help quickly restore damaged water treatment biochemical systems. Biological agents can be incorporated as an contingency substance into the water contingency plan, and make the appropriate promotion in the chemical enterprise.
