摘要
采用不同焊接参数对1.8 mm厚的6156-T4和2524-T3两种铝合金进行搅拌摩擦焊对接.利用X射线仪、金相显微镜、电子万能试验机、显微硬度计和机械应变仪等方法,研究了焊缝内缺陷、金相组织、接头拉伸性能、显微硬度和残余应力分布情况.结果表明,采用搅拌摩擦焊可获得高质量的6156-T4和2524-T3异种铝合金对接接头;在低焊速低转速或高焊速高转速条件下,抗拉强度可达6156-T4母材的70%~80%:显微硬度在焊核区发生转变,转变位置随着焊接参数的改变发生移动;残余应力在焊核区表现为拉应力,且焊缝上表面的残余应力大于下表面.
6156-T4 and 2524-T3 A1 alloy with thickness of 1.8mm was carried out by friction stir welding (FSW) with different parameters. By using the X-ray instrument,metallurgical microscope,electronic universal test machine,micro-hardness tester and mechanical strain instrument,the defects,mierostructures,mechanieal properties,hardness and residual stress of joints were investigated. The results show that,the 6156-T4 and 2524-T3 A1 alloy can be welded by FSW. In the condition of low welding / rotation speed or high welding/rotation speed ,the tensile strength achieves 70% - 80% of base 6156-T4,and the maximum micro- hardness value in the nugget zone waves with different parameters. The residual stress in nugget zone appears tensile stress, and the value of residual stress in the up surface is higher than that of bottom surface.
