投标前期准备工作是工程投标的第一步工作,也是最基础的工作,其中需要落实的诸多因素将直接影响投标方案的确定;诸因素产生的工程费用和风险费用是工程投入成本必不可少的组成部分,将直接影响工程盈亏。
Tender preparation work is the first step in proj ect bidding,it is the most basic task too.Many factors, which need to be implemented in the tender preparation work,will directly affect the determination of bidding scheme, the engineering cost and risk cost arising from the factors are essential part of engineering cost of inputs,and will di-rectly affect the proj ect breakeven.
