摘要
提出一种新型的高效节能分级增压供气系统。从可用能(Exergy)的角度,分析了一个典型的增压站的增压流程内的损失分布,揭示了其中主要的损失来源。根据上述分析结果,基于能源梯级利用的理论,提出了分级增压概念,并重新设计了一个新的分级增压供气系统。新的系统针对不同压力进行精细化供气。通过不同工况下的能耗计算,发现具有流量调节功能的压缩机对于系统的实际能耗有着显著的作用。初步计算结果表明,分级增压系统可节能60%以上。
It brings up with new type of high efficient and energy-saving grading pressurization air supply system. Base on Exergy point of view, it analyzes loss distribution of boosting pressure process in one typical boost pressure station, it also figures out the main loss sources. Due to above analysis, based on energy cascade utilization, it brings up the grading pressurization concept and redesigns a brand new grading pressurization air supply system. New system supplies gas according to different pressure. Through energy consumption under different conditions, it finds out that compressor with flow regulation function is key to actual system energy consumption. Preliminary results show that grading pressurization air supply system could save more than 60% energy.
