摘要
通过对一个带有曲面轮廓轴套类典型零件进行图样和工艺分析,找出了该类零件在加工方案设计中的最优工艺路线、零件的准确定位和牢固装夹、合理的刀具和最佳切削用量选择等,并编制了高效合理的加工程序,对提高产品质量和生产效率有着一定的指导意义。
This paper analyzes the sample drawing and process of a typical shaft sleeve with a curved contour and uncovers the optimal the processing craft route, the accurate positioning and clamping, the reasonable cutting tool and best cutting parameter selection in the scheme design, and compiles an efficient and reasonable process, which has a certain guiding significance to improve product quality and production efficiency.
