摘要
文章全面客观分析了现有中医方剂数据资源现状及已有中医方剂分析系统,在此基础上设计了中医方剂分析系统框架,并根据该框架开发了原型系统。该系统框架面向领域内当前的切实需求,采用中医药临床术语集作为统一术语集,以人工智能数据挖掘等信息学方法和技术为支撑,以中医方剂数据分析为核心,包含数据预处理模块、可视化分析、方剂数据分析等几大功能模块,能有效解决半结构化数据导入、方剂数据规范化、方剂数据共享等问题;并通过一个原型系统的实现来验证该框架的可行性。基于该系统框架设计的方剂分析系统,能够起到辅助知识提取与知识库建设、方剂库的建立与完善、用药经验整理和挖掘、支持新药开发等方面的应用。该系统框架设计提供了解决当前需求和问题的思路,为其他中医药领域数据分析系统的设计和实现提供有意义的参考。
Based on the comprehensive and objective analysis of the existing TCM prescription analysis systems, a system framework of TCM prescription is designed, and a prototype system is implemented to verify the framework＇s practicability. To meet the industry＇s realistic requirements, the framework consists of data preprocessing module, visualization analysis module, prescription data analysis module and so forth. It supports text and semi-structural data import, data automatic standardization and prescription data sharing, by leveraging TCM clinical terminology system, artificial intelligence and data mining methods. The framework can guide the implement of TCM prescription system, which will assist in knowledge extraction, knowledge base construction, prescription database construction and improvement, experience summary for clinicians, and new drug research and development. The framework provides a feasible solution to meet current industry＇s realistic requirements and it is a good guide to implement other TCM data analysis systems.
