数控机床的定位精度深刻影响加工零组件的精度与种类,在机械制造与设计领域,数控机床的定位准确度严重影响着机械制造的质量与水平。影响数控机床定位精度的因素有很多,环境因素更是主要的影响因素,外界热量引起的设计误差、机床伺服系统误差等都是影响数控机床定位精度的主要环境因素,只有合理控制环境因素,才能维持数控机床定位精度。
Positioning accuracy of CNC machine tool profoundly impacts on the processing accuracy and types of components . In the field of machinery manufacturing and design , positioning accuracy of CNC machine tools seriously impacts on the quality and level of machinery manufacturing . There are a number of factors affecting the accuracy of CNC machine tools , among which environmental factor is the key ,such as design errors caused by external heat and machine tool servo system errors , etc .
