摘要
为了探讨Ti80钛合金弯头管件的塑性成形工艺参数,采用弯管机进行了弯管成形工艺试验。首先设计了Ti80钛合金薄壁管绕弯成形的模具系统和实验参数,其次研究纵向绕弯速度、成形温度对管面褶皱的影响。结果表明,在有芯模的情况下不合理的工艺参数仍然会使管件产生起皱现象。合理的热绕弯成形工艺参数为:绕弯速度1rad/s,绕弯温度为900℃。使用该工艺参数热绕弯的管件无起皱等缺陷。
To explore the plastic forming process parameters of Ti80 titanium alloy tube elbow, the experiment of the bending forming process was performed on a bending tube machine. Firstly, the die system and experimental parameters of bending Ti80 titanium alloy tube were designed. Secondly, the effects of longitudinal bending velocity and deformation temperature on wrinkle of tube surface were investigated. The results show that unreasonable process parameters will still make tube produce wrinkling under using mandrel die. Reasonable thermal bending forming process parameters are as follows: the bending speed is lrad/s and the bending temperature is 900℃. The tubes of heat bending by using the process parameters are without defect (wrinkling etc).
