摘要
21世纪是科技和信息的时代,在信息化和全球化的冲击下只有顺应时代的发展潮流的企业才能成为"弄潮儿",员工是企业管理的核心,知识型的员工更是科技信息时代下企业需要的人才。在经济活动中,企业的综合实力是在对知识型员工的管理上体现,因为这类高素质的员工是知识、信息、科技的综合体,他们的管理是企业在新时代下能否立足、发展的关键因素。因此本文就知识型员工的概念、以及管理存在的问题、管理的策略进行了简要的分析。
