摘要
针对目前恒磁保持交流接触器的控制电路结构复杂、可靠性不高、无法彻底灭弧等问题,提出了以继电器代替行程开关,用单片机控制继电器的方法,实现接触器吸合、释放控制,该方法设计的电路简单、成本低,实验结果表明电路可靠性高,能够达到彻底灭弧的效果。
Aiming at the problems of complexity, low reliability of circuit structureand impossibility of arc extinction for permanent magnetic latching AC contactor, a new kind of control circuit is presented. In this method, position limit switches are replaced by relays, and the actuation and release control are realized through the relays controlled by single-chip microcomputer. The improved circuit is simple, low cost. Experimental results show that the circuit has high reliability, and can achieve completely arcing effect.
