摘要
以广西柑橘皮(OP)为原料,经乙醇、氢氧化钠皂化处理,得改性柑橘皮生物吸附剂(SOP),经乙醇、氢氧化钠、氯化镁皂化交联处理,得改性柑橘皮生物吸附剂(MgOP)。研究OP、SOP、MgOP对水溶液中Pb2+的吸附性能,并考察pH、温度、吸附时间、固液比4种因素对水溶液中Pb2+吸附率的影响。在此基础上,利用正交实验研究了MgOP对水溶液中Pb2+的最优吸附工艺条件。结果表明,MgOP对水溶液中Pb2+的最优吸附工艺条件为:pH 6,温度20℃,吸附时间60 min,固液比8 g/L。在此条件下,MgOP对水溶液中Pb2+的吸附率为97.4%。
With Guangxi orange peel( OP) as raw material,biological adsorbent( SOP) was obtained through ethanol and sodium hydroxide,biological adsorbent( MgOP) was obtained by using alcohol,sodium hydroxide,magnesium chloride and citrus peel of saponification crosslinking. The adsorption of OP, SOP,MgOP to common heavy metal Pb^2+in aqueous solution was studied,and the absorption rate of the lead in aqueous solution was studied with four factors( pH,temperature,adsorption time,and solid-liquid ratio). On the basis,the optimal adsorption process conditions of MgOP to Pb^2+in aqueous solution by orthogonal experiment was studied. Results showed that its optimal adsorption process conditions were as follows: pH was 6,temperature was 20 ℃,adsorption time was 60 min,solid liquid ratio was 8 g / L. Under this condition,the adsorption rate of MgOP to Pb^2+in aqueous solution was 97. 4%.
