摘要
研究了万能式断路器(ACB)的抽屉座公差,阐述了蒙特卡罗法的基本原理。采用公差仿真分析(VSA)软件分析了抽屉座转轴波动角度范围,优化了抽屉座关键尺寸公差,提高了ACB的可靠性。仿真结果表明,VSA软件可以作为分析ACB可靠性的重要工具。
The drawer tolerance of air circuit breaker (ACB) was researched, and the basic principle of Monte Carlo method was introduced. The fluctuations of drawer axle angle were analysed by tolerance variation simulation analysis(VSA) software, and the key tolerance of drawer was optimized, and the reliability of ACB was improved. The simulation results show that the VSA software could be used as an important tool in the reliability analysis of ACB.
