摘要
目的测定红参中非挥发脂溶性物质的含量。方法:以提取溶剂用量、提取时间和提取次数为考察对象设计正交试验,采用回流法提取红参中的非挥发脂溶性成分。结果正交试验最佳优化方案为A3B2C3,即12倍量提取溶剂,提取4次,每次2小时。结论经验证,此法普遍适用于各批红参药材,为红参非挥发脂溶性成分的含量测定提供一个参考。
Objective： the non-volatile fat-soluble component content in Ginseng Radix were determine. Method： refluxing extraction was adopted to design the orthogonal experiment, extraction solvent dosage, extraction time and extraction times as the investigation object extract the fat-soluble components in the Ginseng Radix. Results： Orthogonal test the best optimization scheme for A3B2C3, i.e., 12 times the amount of extraction solvent, extraction four times, each time 2 hours. Conclusion verified that this method is generally applied to each batch of Ginseng Radix, for removal and test of Ginseng Radix non-volatile fat-soluble components to provide a reference.
