摘要
采用 4个品种 ,4个剂量 ,2个表面活性剂的裂区试验和 2个品种的异地试验 ,对新型化学杂交剂GENESIS诱导小麦雄性不育的效果进行了研究。结果表明 :( 1)GENESIS杀雄彻底 ,2 0kg/hm2 以上剂量的不育率均超过 95 % ,3 0、 5 0kg/hm2 剂量达到或接近 10 0 % ,且没有诱导小麦雄性不育的专一性 ;( 2 )不育率为 95 %以上的人工饱和授粉结实率和自然授粉结实率最高达 6 7 6 5 %和 49 83% ;( 3) 5 0kg/hm2 剂量下 ,添加表面活性剂MON816 1的人工饱和授粉结实率比添加MON5 916 0的降低 18 9% ,差异显著。说明表面活性剂MON816 1对雌蕊的活力具有一定影响 ;( 4)相同基因型在两个地点的不育率和自然授粉结实率差异不显著 。
The male sterile inducing effect of new CHA-GENESIS was studied,using 3 variety,4 rates and 2 surfactant with Split-plot Design experiment,and 2 varieties in different experiment locations in 1997-1999 The results indicated that(1) GENESIS had a good effect on male sterile inducing of common wheat,the male sterility rates(MSR) of over 2 0kg/hm 2 was surpassing 95%,the sterility rates of 3 0kg/hm 2, 5 0kg/hm 2 were up to or nearly 100%,and it didnt have specificity on male sterile inducing of common wheat;(2) Among treatment of 95% over MSR, the artificial pollinating fertility (APF) and natural crossing rate (NCR) were up to 67 65% and 49 83%;(3)The APF of 5 0 kg/hm 2 GENESIS + Mon8161 treated wheat was reduced by 18 9%,compared with 5 0kg/hm 2 GENESIS + MON59160,and the difference was significant,it indicates that effect on the vigor of pistil by MON8161 was bad;(4) The difference of MSR and NCR of the same genotypes was not significant in 2 different locations,it proves that effect of male sterile inducing by CHA-GENESIS is stable
