摘要
以安瑞科(蚌埠)压缩机有限公司生产的翅片管式空冷器(ACEH)为实例,介绍了一种适用于整体撬装式CNG压缩机的高效空冷器,包括其设计计算、组合与焊接结构、制造工艺方法。通过技术分析及实践验证得出:该种空冷器具有体积小、重量轻、抗振动、效率高、工艺简便、外形美观、易维护等优点。
Taken the finned tube air cooler （ACEH）produced by Enric Compressor as an instance,this paper introduces a high efficient air cooler applicable for skid-mounted CNG compressor and its design calculation,assembly,welding structure and manufacturing techniques.Technical analysis and practices have proved that this kind of air cooler is small in size,light in weight,resistant to vibration,high in efficiency,simple in technology,attractive in appearance and easy for maintenance.
