煤矸石试样的X-衍射图谱分析及试验研究 被引量:1

Analysis and Experimental Study on X-Diffraction Pattern of Coal Gangues

摘要 模拟不同酸碱性环境配制溶液对煤矸石进行浸泡试验,测定浸泡液的pH值,对浸泡后试样进行XRD图谱分析,通过直剪试验检测浸泡后试样的强度变化.研究结果表明,浸泡液的pH值主要受煤矸石试样的产地、浸泡时间、固液比、配制溶液酸碱度的影响,并随着时间而变化,浸泡1d时其值变化最大.中性溶液浸泡后东胜煤矸石(Dongsheng Coal Gangue,D-CG)、薛家湾煤矸石(Xuejiawan Coal Gangue,X-CG)和集料(Aggregate,AGG)试样浸泡液的pH值随固液比的减小而增加,而乌海煤矸石(Wuhai Coal Gangue,W-CG)浸泡液的pH值随固液比的降低而增加;酸性溶液浸泡后W-CG和X-CG浸泡液的pH值随固液比的降低而增加,而D-CG和AGG浸泡液的pH值随固液比降低而减少;碱性溶液浸泡后各试样浸泡液的pH值都随固液比的降低而增加,而W-CG浸泡液的pH值随固液比的降低而增幅较强.中性、酸性和碱性溶液浸泡后D-CG和AGG试样α-石英、高岭石和钙长石晶体溶出;X-CG试样溶出α-石英晶体,高岭石和钙长石晶体结构解体而消失;W-CG试样高岭石晶体结构受到破坏而解体,α-石英和钙长石晶体溶出.经过浸泡D-CG溶出α-石英晶体,试样与黏性土形成混合料制件和强度试验过程中由于石英的活性促使试件抗剪强度增大;而X-CG和W-CG中的α-石英、高岭石和钙长石晶体结构解体,使试件的抗剪强度降低,因此D-CG抗酸碱腐蚀性能比X-CG和W-CG高. Coal gangue (CG)samples were immersed by different acid solutions which simulated different acidic and alkaline environment. The pH values of the immersion solutions were determined after immersion. XRD and shear strength tests were used to measure the change of chemical composition and strength of the coal gangues. The results showed that, the main factors effecting on pH value of the immersion solutions were the origin of the samples, soaking time, solid-liquid ratio and pH value of prepared solution. The pH value of the immersion solutions were changed with immersion time. The values were reached the highest point on the end of first day. The pH values of D-CG, X-CG and AGG were increased with the decreasing of solid-liquid ratio when treated by neutral solution;When with acid solution, the pH values of D-CG and AGG were decreased with the decreasing of solid-liquid ratio;The pH values of W-CG were increased with the decreasing of solid-liquid ratio after soaked by alkaline solution. When treated with neutral, acid and alkaline solution, a-Quartz, Kaolinite and Anorthite crystal were dissolved from D-CG and AGG ;a-Quartz crystal were dissolved, Kaolinite and Anorthite crystal were disintegrated from X-CG; Kaolinite crystal was disintegrated, a-Quartz and Anorthite crystal were disintegrated from W-CG. As soaked with solutions, a-Quartz crystal were separated from D-CG;The shear strength of D-CG samples mixed with clay were enhanced owing to activity of a-Quartz;The shear strength of X-CG and W-CG samples were weakened as a result of the disintegration a-Quartz, Kaolinite and Anorthite crystal. Therefore, the performance of D- CG in resistance to acid and alkaline corrosion was higher than that of W-CG and X-CG.
