摘要
目的:建立Cr(Ⅵ)的快速、灵敏的催化共振荧光法测定新方法。方法:基于硫酸介质中,Cr(Ⅵ)能催化碘酸钾氧化罗丹明110(Rhll0)的反应,导致体系的共振荧光强度急剧减弱,在-定条件下,共振荧光强度减小值与溶液中Cr(V1)浓度成线性,据此建立了-种催化共振荧光法测定Or(Ⅵ)的新方法。结果:方法的线性范围为O.02~0.40 μg/ml,检出限3.20μg/L,相对标准偏差为1.68%~2.14%(n=11),样品加标回收率90.0%~95.0%。结论:方法灵敏度高、精密度好,用于环境水样中痕量cr(Ⅵ)的测定,结果满意。
Objective: To establish a rapid and sensitive method for the analysis of trace Cr( VI ) by catalytic resonance fluorescence method. Methods: The results showed that there was a evident catalytic effect of Cr( VI ) on the oxidation reaction of Rhomine 110 by potassium iodate in sulphuric acid medium. The system appeared the maximum fluorescence intensity of the Rhll0 at 534 nm, the decreased intensity of fluorescence was directly proportional to the concentration o[ Cr( VI ) under certain conditions. Results: The linear range was 0.02- 0.40 tLg/ml, the detection limit was 3.20 btg/L, the relative standard deviation was between 1.68 % to 2.14 % ( n = 11 ), and the recovery were 90.0 % -95.0 %. Conclusion: The method has the advantage of simplicity, high sensitivity, and had been applied to the determination of trace Cr( VI ) in water to achieve satisfactory results,
