摘要
鉴于使用西门子S7-300与WINCC通讯成本比较高,而小型项目投入资金有限的情况,设计了S7-200通过PC ACCESS软件在WINCC中建立OPC通道,实现上位和下位的通讯。方法连接简单、硬件投资少、可以读写S7-200系列PLC中所有存储区域,适用于低速、实时性要求不高、系统投资资金有限的系统。
Based on high communication cost of Siemens S7-300 and WINCC and limited investment of small typed project, S7-300 through PC ACCESS software constructing OPC channel in WINCC was designed to realize the communication of upper and inferior. The technology was easy to connect and with little investment of hardware, and could read-write S7-200 series all storage areas of PLC, was suitable for slow and low real-time demand and limited investment funds system.
