摘要
近年来，海工船和公务船的需求量明显增大。这些船舶一般均搭载超过12人的特殊人员，且吨位超过500总吨，因此应归类为特种用途船舶，必须满足《特种用途船舶安全规则》的相关要求。主要介绍了《特种用途船舶安全规则》对舾装设计的具体要求，并指出在设计过程中较容易忽略的事项．旨在为其他舾装设计人员提供参考和指导。
Recently, demands of offshore engineering vessels and public service vessels were increasing. Normally, as a kind of special purpose ship which carries more than 12 special personnel,these types of vessel would not be less than 500 gross tonnage. Thus the requirements of Code of Safety For Special Ships （i.e. SPS Code） should be complied. The article introduced the requirements of SPS Code for outfitting design,pointed out the items contents which trend to be easily ignored during designing process, aiming to provide guidance and reference for outfitting designers.
