摘要
在分析技工学校学生心理状况及心理需求的基础上,阐述将心理教育通过心理测评工具、心理危机干预和开展心理主题班会等形式应用在班级管理中。实践证明,心理教育对班级良好氛围的创建起着重要的推动作用。
Based on the analysis of the psychological status and psychological demand of students in technical school, this paper explores the application of psychological education for class management, by the psychological assessment tools, psychological crisis intervention and psychological theme class meeting, etc. It has been proved that the psychological education plays an important role in promoting a good atmosphere in class.
