摘要
目的:探讨针刺配合穴位敷贴治疗变应性鼻炎的临床疗效。方法:将120例确诊为变应性鼻炎的患者随机分为观察组及对照组,每组各60例。观察组予针刺配合穴位敷贴治疗;对照组予中成药辛芩颗粒治疗。治疗24 d后,分别对两组患者进行临床疗效观察。结果:近期临床疗效观察组总有效率达88.3%,对照组总有效率达73.3%。治疗后观察组对变应性鼻炎症状、体征积分的改善情况优于对照组。远期临床疗效观察组总有效率达80%,对照组总有效率达53.3%。结论:针刺配合穴位敷贴治疗变应性鼻炎有显著的近期及远期临床疗效,值得临床推广使用。
Objective： To investigate the clinical efficacy on allergic rhinitis with acupuncture and aeupoint application. Method： 120 patients were divided into observation group and control group with 60 in each. The observation group was treated with acupuncture and acupoint application while the control group treated with a Chinese patent medicine named Xiqin granule. After 24 days treatment, the clinical efficacy of the two groups was observed. Result ： The short term effective rate was 88.3% in observation group and 73.3% in control group. After treatment, the improvement of symptom and syndrome score of observation group was better than that of control group. The long term effective rate was 80% in observation group and 53.3% in control group. Conclusion ： Because of the significant efficiency both in short and long term, the therapy on allergic rhinitis with acupuncture and acupoint application is worth to he generalized.
