摘要
地区发展模式主要解决现代化进程中社区居民的社区意识(归属感、认同感等)问题,而行动研究方法,则提供了一个实现社区意识建立和生活意义重塑的方法。本文通过北京某村改居社区工作案例,来展现行动研究方法应用于社区意识形成和生活意义重塑的过程。通过建立社区学苑,以社区教育为核心,以开设的系列课程作为联络、建立和深化群众关系的手段,达到居民社区意识形成和重塑生活意义的目的。
The district development model is mainly about solving problems regarding community awareness （belonging, acceptance） during the modernization process. Action Research provides a method to build real community awareness and to reestablish a meaningful outlook on life.This article uses an example of a Beijing rural village transformed into an urban community to demonstrate how action research can be applied in the process of modeling community awareness and establishing a new meaningful life. Through the set-up of a community academy, with focus on community education, by connecting through a series of classes, and by working on establishing and deepening relationships between people, community awareness was raised and the meaning of life was reshaped.
