摘要
变频电机试验台的变频电量测量的正确性和准确性,是电机性能评价的关键。但在变频电量测量方面,国内外尚无统一的、公认的标准及规范,导致许多用户在选择变频电量计量检测设备时,盲目追求片面的高精度指标,而忽视了测量设备的适用范围和测量结果的正确性与科学性。从传统工频测试中计量检测设备的相关技术标准及规范着手,结合变频电量的特点,对变频电机计量检测系统的技术要求进行了探讨,并提出了选择测量设备的一些基本原则。
The correction and veracity about converter motor testing station is the key to evaluating the motors'performance. But in the frequency current testing, there are no established standards in domestic and overseas, that leads many users in the choice of frequency current testing equipment to seek for high precision on-sided, and ignore the scientificity and correction of the measurement results and the applicable scope of measuring equipment . Starting with the relevant technical standards and norms of traditional power frequency test equipment, combined with characteristics of variable frequency power, the technical requirements for frequency motor testing system were discussed, and some basic principles for choosing measuring equipment were put forward.
