摘要
抗菌肽是一类具有抗菌活性的多肽,是动植物免疫防御系统产生的、可以防御病原体致病作用的活性物质,在生物体的天然免疫中起着重要的作用。抗菌肽通过作用于细胞膜蛋白、胞内结构、细胞壁及线粒体等机制达到广谱抗菌、抗真菌、抗病毒及抗肿瘤作用,并对多种口腔细菌有抑制作用。抗生素的滥用导致了大量耐药菌株的出现,因此,抗菌肽有可能成为一种新的抗生素替代品,并为辅助治疗牙周疾病提供新方法。
Antimicrobial peptides are producted by ani- mal and plant immune defense system to fight against patho- gens'pathogenicity, which has bactericidal activity. It plays an important role in the organism's natural immunity. It achieves antibacterial antifungal, antiviral and anticaneer effects through acting on cell membrane protein, intrace]lular struc- ture, cell wall and mitoehondria and so on. And it inhibitsmany oral bacteria. The lack of novel antibiotics leads to a number of resistant strains, so antimicrobial peptides might be- come a new antibiotics substitute and a new method in the drug treatment of periodontal disease.
