摘要
洞庭湖为长江四口和湘、资、沅、澧四水洪水的重要调蓄场所,在长江中下游防洪总体布局中具有非常重要的作用。由于受泥沙淤积、洞庭湖围垦和江湖关系的变化等影响,洞庭湖的调蓄作用发生了重大变化。根据1954-2010年洞庭湖对不同时段洪水的调蓄作用和1954、1998年特大洪水的调蓄过程计算,分析研究了洞庭湖的调蓄特性和变化规律,对编制长江中下游特别是洞庭湖区防洪总体规划具有指导和参考意义。
The Dongting Lake is the important flood storage place of the Changjiang River, Xiang River, Zi River, Yuan River and Li River, which plays an important role in the flood control of the middle and lower Changjiang River. Because of sediment disposition, reclamation, change of river-lake relation, the flood stor- age function of the Dongting Lake has changed a lot. According to the different times of flood storage function during 1954 to 2010 and the process of extreme flood storage in 1954 and in 1998, the article researches on characteristics of flood storage and change law of the Dongting Lake, which is of reference for compiling flood control general plan of the middle and lower Changjiang River, especially of the Dongting Lake.
